Financial Workshops (Spending Funds)

The Student Government Accounting Office will be hosting Financial Workshops for chartered student organizations that have received budgets through either the ASUNM or GPSA 2008-2009 Spring Budget Process. You will receive a copy of your new budget, helpful handouts, as well as information on how to make the most out of your ASUNM and GPSA funds.

Organizations must have at least two officers attend one of these workshops before you may access your funds. (This also applies to officers who have already attended workshops during previous years.) Both officers do not need to attend the same workshop.

Graduate Student Organizations that receive Pro-Rated Benefits (PB Funds) do not need to attend these workshops. (This includes many GSAs & Medical Organizations.) A special series of workshops are being held for these organizations.
