New Mexico Symphony Orchestra

NMSO Logo

The New Mexico Symphony Orchestra is the premier symphonic ensemble in the state. It presents a series of classical concerts in Popejoy Hall on the University of New Mexico campus. (Some concerts are in other venues.) In addition to its Albuquerque concerts, the orchestra gives concerts around the state. There is also a Pops Concert series. Many of the NMSO's concerts feature nationally known soloists. The orchestra is is conducted by Music Director Guillermo Figueroa.
