The model was created in ArcMap then brought into Arc Scene.  Initially the elevations and coordinates of each individual layer were input into Excel, then each layer was saved as a .dbf file that was then loaded into ArcMap.  In ArcMap dtms for each were created, then corresponding shapefiles and raster files were made.  The rasters were brought into ArcScene and using a vertical exaggeration of 10 they looked as shown in the figure below.  The figure is shown at the correct orientation in space and would have one well at each corner and one in the center.  The layers shown represent the interface between the soil layers.  (Next the water table layer comes in – read on to the next link)
