I. Distribute nametags as women arrive
II. Allow everyone to get food and have a seat
III. Introduction- Rhonda

Explain PCD class and our intentions with project--this meeting
is to last for around two hours

Project is designed by them and for them

A series of meetings to explore ideas and come up with a
plan
-
Women will decide when and where the meetings will be held
-
Class ends in December--Diversity Institute and a few students
from the class have committed to supporting the project after December
-
Women are allowed to join later--please bring friends
-
Action is the intention of this project--something worthwhile
needs to come out of these meetings
