declaration and entry level evaluation, the on-going evaluation,
and the exit evaluation. The portfolio materials are maintained
by the Department of Spanish and Portuguese. Throughout your course
of study, be sure to take all portfolio materials to the departmental
office. Please do so by following the steps indicated below.
A. Major declaration and entry level evaluation.
Each student shall establish a portfolio with these two items:
Each student shall supply two essays for the portfolio:
-
The first essay should be one written in Spanish 302.
-
The second essay should be the last paper written in a 400-level literature survey or linguistics course. These essays, either the original essay or a photocopy of the original, must have the instructor’s corrections and comments on them.
The portfolio materials are maintained by the Department of Spanish and Portuguese, it
is the student’s responsibility to take all portfolio materials to the departmental office. This assessment
