We are pleased that you are considering graduate study in Sport Administration at the University of New Mexico. In order to apply to the program, please follow the instructions below carefully to expedite the application process.

Step 1. Click here and follow the instructions to submit your application directly to the UNM Admissions/Office of Graduate Studies.

Step 2. The following information must be submitted directly to the Department of Health, Exercise and Sports Sciences.

A. Letter of Intent – indicating the specific concentration area you are interested in discussing why you are choosing Sport Administration at UNM and expressing your professional interests and career goals.

B. Current Professional Resume

C. 1 copy of your Graduate Record Exam (GRE) Scores (General exam) OR GMAT scores

D. 3 Letters of Recommendation

*Applicants seeking a PhD with a concentration in Sport Administration are considered only once a year for the Fall semester. Priority deadline is February 15 with final application deadline of April 1.
