APPLICATION PROCEDURES

APPLICATION DEADLINE In most cases, you will turn your completed application in to your university and the exchange program advisor will forward it to our office. Applications and all supporting document must be submitted by the following dates. Only complete applications will be reviewed for admission to the exchange program.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS Please make sure that your application package contains the following documents:

•  Completed application form - MS Word format or PDF
•  Copy of the biographical page of your passport
•  Evidence of English language proficiency
•  Academic records - originals or certified copies of official documents plus English translation, if applicable
•  Proof of financial capability
