Slope as a Fraction - Interactive Example

Slope is the m in the y = mx + b equation.
Slope m is a fraction, rise/run or
rise is the change in y / run is the change in x.
In this example slope m is a fraction, y/x.

Place a values for x and y (1 to 10) or (-1 to -10)
The slope will be the fraction y/x.
To GRAPH trace the rise/run or y/x,
from the origin (0,0) to your point (x,y).
  (-3,4)
    1)Start from the origin (0,0).
    2)Go 4 units up.
    3)Go 3 units left.
  (4,-5)
    1)Start from the origin (0,0).
    2)Go 5 units down.
    3)Go 4 units right.

Examples:   Interactive - you supply (x,y)
