Society of the Muse of the Southwest


SOMOS is a non-profit organization devoted to supporting and encouraging literary arts, both oral and written. Throughout the year they present workshops, live readings, conferences and fesitvals to celebrate experienced writers, and to encourage and inspire novices.

This summer they will be hosting the 2007 Summer Writers' Series, starting off with a opening night celebration in collaboration with the Taos Summer Writers' Conference.
