SERVICE AWARDS

1. General

The University has a recognition program for employees who have worked for the University for a minimum of five (5) years. Employees receive a service award for each five (5) years of employment. Only actual employment on permanent status and authorized leaves with pay or paid sabbaticals shall count as length of service.

2. Eligibility

Regular full-time and regular part-time employees are eligible to receive a service award. Former employees who have retired after thirty (30) years of service or after completing a combined age-service number of seventy-five (75) are also eligible.
