GENERAL MEETINGS:
ANVA meets on the third Thursday of alternating months, from 7 - 9 PM, at the Alameda Community Center (9800 4th Street NW). We have formal presentations, debates, open discussions and fun. Topics include traffic issues, legislative matters (community priorities, candidate debates, post-session briefings), education, environmental health, zoning issues such as changes at Balloon Fiesta Park, sewer installation, networking with Pueblo of Sandia and the Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque, flood control, city-county government consolidation, etc. |
