Solution: Add C:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\RemoteManagement\RMAgent\ZenRem32.exe under the Exceptions tab in Windows Firewall.

Solution: This error message appears after a restricted users logon into Novell using Novell Client on workstations that has ZenWorks Remote Agent installed. Reason is that the MSVCR71.dll, a dependent of zenw32.dll & zenlite.dll, requires full rights and inheritable permissions from parent. To resolve this problem, change permission on MSCVR71.dll by assigning 'Full Control' to 'Everyone' group. Logon to the workstation as Administrator. From C:\winnt\system32\, right click on MSVCR71.dll, and then select properties. Click on the security tab and add 'Everyone' group. Give 'Full Control' and & 'Allow inheritable permissions from parent...'.
