  Employee Waiver Procedures  

Employee Tuition Remission Procedures

    Tuition Remission forms and instructions are available from the Valencia Human Resources Office, the Cashier's Office or online. The Tuition Remission form must be completed and approved each semester and mailed or hand carried to the Valencia Human Resources Office.

    All prior semester balances or charges must be paid in full. Employees must pay any fees not covered by tuition remission.


Employee Dependent Education Program

    Eligible students are awarded tuition cost only.

    Students must pay the balance of fees and be registered by the first day of classes.

    Students must maintain eligibility in order to continue to receive credit for the next semester. Verification of eligibility will be completed by the Human Resources Department Main Campus.
