Research Process

• Evaluate.
• Revise, search again, evaluate.

1. Choose an idea that interests you.
• For ideas, use information from your textbook essays.
• For ideas, go to one of these databases and browse by topic:
  • Facts.Com
  • Points of View Reference Center
  • CQ Researcher
2. Brainstorm about your topic.
• Use the concept map.
• Use Questioning or Clustering.
3. For additional help see Search Path Module 2.

• Create your search strategy.

• Use the keywords from the concept map.
• Connect them with appropriate Boolean logic.
• See Searchpath Module 2 or Searching Tips for help.

• Search for resources.
