GED Scores

Your completed GED exam will be sent to an independent company for evaluation. It usually takes about three weeks for the exams to be graded. Your final grades will be sent to your home address directly from the grading center.

In order to pass the Official GED, you must score at least 410 on each exam, but you must have an average score of 450 points per exam. This means that you have to score significantly better than 410 on at least one exam.

Most students who complete our program pass the exam with flying colors. If for some reason you do not pass one or more parts of your GED, you may retake the specific exam within three years. There is an $8.00 per test fee for re-taking exams. If you do not complete all of the exams within three years, you must take the entire exam over again.
