Scholarships for Undergraduates. Your support could help us to establish a scholarship for a deserving WMST undergraduate major. (With just $15,000, WMST can award a scholarship of @ $1,000 a year in perpetuity.)

Research or Conference Travel for our Faculty. You could help us to establish a research/conference travel fund for our faculty to support their efforts to keep current with their particular fields of study and to share with other scholars the excellent research they are doing in their fields. (With just $15,000, WMST can award @ $1,000 a year in perpetuity)

Endowed Chairs and Professorships. If you are thinking about a larger donation to WMST, we would like to have the possibility to add distinguished faculty as full-time members of the WMST faculty. Endowed chairs and professorships are awarded to scholars who have made extraordinary and outstanding contributions to their fields and who have established superb national and international reputations in their fields of study. Endowed Chairs and Professorships may be established through gift(s) from private entities. (An Endowed Chair requires a minimum of $1,500,000 to establish, while an Endowed Professorship requires a minimum of $500,000).

Making Donations through UNM Payroll Deduction Plan: You can ask Payroll (277-2353) to automatically deduct from your paycheck a certain amount every month to the UNM Foundation for Women Studies (Account #124339). Just think what $5.00 a month could do!
