Yuming Zhang received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering at Tsinghua University in 1999 and the M.S. degree at the Institute of Electrical Engineering, China Academy Science, in 2002. He had been serving in Emerson Network Power Company and Huawei Company as a Senior Electrical Engineer for 10 years. In 2012, he and his beloved family moved to the United States to pursue a new exciting life. He received the Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering at the University of New Mexico (UNM) in 2018. During his study in UNM, he was a Teaching Assistant of three courses, Introduction to Computer Architecture and Organization, Computer Operating Systems, and Data Structures and Algorithms. He was also a Research Assistant with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research interests include physics-based simulation, scientific visualization, image processing, 3D vision and reconstruction, transportation data analysis and visualization, large-scale traffic flow simulation, and other related topics. Currently, he is a visiting assistant professor with the Department of Computer Science at New Mexico University. See his CV for details.
