of New Mexico Alpha Chapter
Phi Sigma Tau is a philosophy honorary society whose purpose is to be a means for developing and honoring academic excellence as well as philosophical interest. Phi Sigma Tau stands for Filountwn Sofian Timhn (Of those who love wisdom, honor).
| Two semesters attendance at UNM, sophomore standing or higher, with above a 3.0 G.P.A |
| Completion of at least two courses in Philosophy with above a 3.0 G.P.A. |
| Note: A $15 initiation fee is required after notification of membership. |
On March 25, Phi Sigma Tau held a meeting in conjunction with the Philosophy Colloquia, to discuss various topics of interest to Philosophy students. Guest Speaker was Dr. Allen Wood of Yale University.
