A. Letter of Intent: Indicating that you are interested in the MS General Physical Education degree and discuss in detail why you are choosing UNM. Please express your professional interests and career goals.

B. Current Professional Resume

C. Graduate Record Exam (GRE): 1 copy of your Graduate Record Exam Scores (General Exam): School code is 4845 and Department code is 3909

D. 3 Letters of Recommendation: Please use the printable forms located on the OGS Website at this link, Click HERE. The "Letter of Recommendation Forms" are located under the Admission Forms heading.

Step 3: TA/GA Scholarship Application: To submit the TA/GA Scholarship application with your documents you can find the application PDF form at the PROGRAM Overview drop down menu on the Exercise Science Graduate page.

Step 4: Send in Materials: Please send the requested information in A, B, C, and D to the address below:
