- Assistance in balancing degree requirements to ensure timely graduation.

- Connecting with On-Campus Resources:
- Troubleshooting Academic Issues:
- Assistance with dropping or adding classes.
- Support in creating probation plans.
- Connecting students with resources if they are struggling in a class.
- Resolving Advisement Holds:
- Guidance on resolving holds related to academic matters (e.g., 60+ credit hour holds, University College holds, University College probation holds).
