Is
it possible to design a fountain that
does not use aquifer, ground, or river water, and that calls attention to
the ephemeral nature of water in the desert? Why use drinkable water from
the aquifer or river when rainwater can be used for xeriscape gardens? In
arid climates rain, especially that falling onto rooftops, is a good source
of useable moisture and a perfect object of water conservation. |
