Frank was born on Nov. 13, 1875 at Cove Spring, Roanoke Co., Va. He was educated in the county public schools and 2 years at Roanoke College. He graduated from a business college. On May 16, 1906 he married Nana Mae Studebaker at Girard, Maconpin Co., Ill., born July 15, 1879. She was the daubhter of Henrya. and Eliza (Obenshain) Studebaker; bookkeeper in 1st National Bank. Address 424 6th Ave., S. W., Roanoke, Va.
