SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
POLICIES


1. Students with disabilities or other unusual circumstances are encouraged to see me as early as possible concerning any special accommodations that need to be made in order for you to succeed in this class.

2. Under EXTREMELY extraordinary circumstances exceptions to the above policies may be made with the following conditions. You must be willing to:
   A) Discuss the circumstances with me in person; and
   B) Provide any written documentation I require
       (doctor's statement, death certificate, etc.).
