SYNOPSIS:
This is a youth-oriented drama that narrates the restless lives of a group of adolescents, full of expectations, impatient to grow up and live out their lives.  They will come across the inevitable growing pains and will deal with subjects such as love, sex, alcoholism, drug addiction and AIDS.  This is the story of Leticia, Rebeca, Gisela, Celia and Esther.
SUBPLOT:  Leticia Lujan (Elizabeth Morales) and Diego Corral (Miguel de León) live in the same boarding house in a poor neighborhood of Caracas.  Both are bright, ambitious and eager to make better lives for themselves.  Leticia attends an exclusive prep school under a scholarship.  Diego has recently arrived from the interior or provincial part of Venezuela and is working his way through electronics school.  The scarcity of jobs has forced him to accept a part-time position as chofer to Rebeca de Cordova (Lola Forner)... a rich, spoiled, classmate, friend of Leticia's.  Awkward situations arise when Rebeca and her preppy friends get together with Leticia.  Diego finds he has to treat Lety with deference and respect just as he does when dealing with any of his superiors:  "Yes, Miss Leticia."   Diego is hopelessly in love with Leticia but he feels she's soaring too high for him.
