| Ned O'Malia is a Doctor of Philosophy of Asian Religions. He has been associated with the University of New Mexico for twenty five years, most of this with the University Honors Program. Academically his most favorite seminars are Sacred Sites of northern New Mexico and Route 66 - The American Road. Ned is an accomplished chef and baker. He serves as a food judge of the New Mexico State Fair: his specialty is the SPAM cooking contest. He is a world traveler, Tour Guide, ocean cruiser, and Cruise Ship Lecturer. |
