This is a centered elastic layout with a width of 45em. Because it is elastic, the line breaks should look the same even if the default font size is changed. The title line at the top of the page is an h1 heading that is 3em tall and uses Arial font. The background color in the title area is #F7F894. You will need to adjust the height, margins, and padding of the title area to make it look like mine.
This main content area of the page AND the navigation links on the right use Times New Roman font of default size. The background color you see behind the text is #8BE19D. Top padding is .5em, and the other padding is .75em. The color of the border that separates the navigation links from this text is #315438. The spacing between the paragraphs is .75em and the text is justified. You will need to place the links to the right as shown, and adjust any margins as needed to make you layout look like this. If the words of your layout to wrap exactly as shown in my example images, that's OK because it may vary depending on your browser and operating system, but you should try to come as close as possible. Do not use any hard line breaks on this page. Make the links on the right NOT have underlines, but the links in this main content area SHOULD have underlines.
Note that the image of the chimp on the right should always line up with the top of this paragraph of text. So if more text is inserted in the paragraphs above, and this paragraph gets bumped further down the page, the image of the chip should move automatically move down along with it. You will have to position it appropriately. The left edge of the chimp image should align approximately with the left edge of the links above it. Note that in our elastic layout, if the default font size does get changed, the size of the chimp image will NOT change, but it will still be in the correct position. You can get the chimp image from the URL below (copy that image into the root folder of your assignment site--do not link to it at this URL):

You will need to add any other markup, such as divisions and styles, as needed to create this layout. You might have to change the order of the content in the html file. You may use either an internal or external style sheet to hold the styles you will need to make for this page.
