2012.91.68, Jun ware jar, Jin or Yuan dynasty (A.D. 1115–1368)

While the design of this jar differs from the one on the
previous page, it shares multiple
characteristics with that jar: the use of sky-blue over brown glaze,
the willingness to "drown" the appliqué figures in glaze,
and the deliberate thick beading of the glaze on an otherwise
unglazed foot.
