Chapter Meetings
Our Spring 2011 CSI-UNM monthly meetings will be scheduled every 3rd Thursday of each month (January 20th, February 17th, March 24th, and April 21st) from 6:45-7:45 pm in TEC 240. Whether you are a CSI-UNM member or not, all counseling students are invited to get involved and learn-grow-play with us.
Upcoming Events
- CSI-UNM Officer Nomination & Elections will start in March. Currently we have 5 Officer openings: President-Elect, Secretary, and Treasurer, School Rep., and Community Rep. Please visit the Leadership Descriptions page for more information about each position and available Committees.
- 1st Annual Resource Fair is scheduled for March 12th. Details here!
- NCE Review is scheduled for March 27 @ 10:00am in TEC 290. Please contact Don Trahan (dtrahan@unm.edu) or Reba Serafin (serafin@unm.edu) to arrange payment. All payments must be received no later than March 21 to reserve your printed materials. $40 for CSI-UNM members, $50 for UNM counseling students, and $60 for non-UNM counseling students.

Ongoing Events
- Donate your used cards in 2011. CSI-UNM is collecting the front page of all cards to be donated to the St. Jude's Ranch for Children Recycle Card Program. Bring in your cards to the next monthly meeting, but view the card donating tips section first.
Get Published Internationally!
The CSI Counselor's Bookshelf offers a unique opportunity for faculty and students to contribute reviews of books and media (i.e., professional books, books that made me a better counselor, bibliotherapy resources, movies, and TV shows) that can be shared with students and professional counselors worldwide. Members can easily submit a 250 or 500 word review and responses to the reviews; anyone can access csi-net.org/bookshelf to read the reviews. Bookshelf postings are peer reviewed prior to acceptance for publication.
