You may earn a maximum of 3 extra credit points toward your final score. Other forms of extra work may benefit your learning, but will not count toward your final course grade. Extra credit may be earned as follows:

1 point if you attend a campus lecture on a medieval subject and write a short summary that you send over our e-mail list to all your classmates and me no later than one week after the lecture

1 point if you attend a session at CAPS on using library resources. To verify your participation in the workshop, bring me a note signed by the person who conducts the session;

1 point if you attend class on the day Course Evaluations are given. Course Evaluations will be given sometime during the last two weeks of class, but you will not be told the exact date beforehand.
