Our research group focuses on developing multifunctional materials and designing innovative architectures that are useful for diverse applications including: semiconductor devices, quantum technologies and energy storage and conversion systems. Current active research areas are: two-dimensional silicon carbide, graphene technology and energy related projects.

We currently have openings for graduate and undergraduate students.
