This is the class website for the IT 145: Web Fundementals: HTML and Style Sheets course taught at UNM-LA. This 3-credit course is an introduction to using XHTML and Cascading Style Sheets. The catalog description of the course is:
Hands-on course in designing and developing World Wide Web pages using HTML (HyperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). The course will cover HTML tags for text, images, links, lists, simple layouts, complex layouts, tables, frames, styles, internal style sheets, and external style sheets. Basic issues in using graphics on the Web will also be covered.
Prerequisite: CT 102
The prerequisite of CT 102 is there to ensure that you have the basic computer literacy needed to use the PC computers at UNM-LA, and that you are familiar with web browsing and using email. If you meet these requirements but have not taken CT 102, you can contact the instructor (tbeach@unm.edu) to have the prerequisite waved. Be sure to include you UNM student number along with the request
