Hello! Welcome to my web site.

My name is ARJUNE BOSE, I am ten years old, and a fifth grader at the Manzano Day School in Albuquerque.

I was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on a hot summer day – around 3:30 PM, on June 28, 1989. I was a healthy baby weighing 7 lbs, and was 19 inches tall with curly hair. I was named after the brave East-Indian mythological hero "ARJUNE." My parents told me that I started walking when I was 10 –11 months old.

Some of the things I did when I was a little boy make me laugh now. I named all my stuffed toys, my favorite one was a big cuddly bear who I called "Burka," a Bengali language word, meaning big. Also, when I lost my first tooth, I diligently brought it back and put it under my pillow and received a dollar from the tooth fairy.

Then came a phase when I was fascinated with Dinosaurs. I bought all available models, and still have them and set them like a display once in a while. Now I am into computer games, collecting football cards, and playing outdoor games.

My favorite foods are pizza, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, waffles, corn, milk, and cereals. Somehow, I am not excited about fruits yet. I love to go to McDonalds. Candy and coke are my favorites too but I have to have them in restricted quantities as per mom’s rules.

I enjoy the company of my friends, and sometimes I spend time watching our university teams (New Mexico Lobos) play live – be it basketball or football. Some of my favorite TV shows are: Hey Arnold, Dexter’s Laboratory, and My Brother and Me. My dad and I also watch NBA, NHL, and NFL games together. As far as NFL is concerned, we pull each other’s leg for fun as he is a big Dallas Cowboys fan and I love the San Francisco Forty Niners. I have no siblings, so when I am home and free from homework or piano practice, I play with my mom and dad.
