- (MIT Media Lab) Scratch is a free programming language that makes it
easy to create interactive stories, animations, games, music and art,
then
share the creations on the web. Designed to help people ages 8 and up
develop
21st century learning skills, Scratch uses "snap together" commands
(move
10 steps; play sound; when clicked) to make programing simple.
