There is significant effort made to match a mentor and mentee to provide maximum opportunity for a successful mentoring partnership. The specific needs of the mentee and the strengths of the mentor are considered during the matching process. This program does not guarantee job advancement, but does offer many benefits that can help the mentee become more confident and provide the mentor with an opportunity to help a colleague.
